Knows everything AC inside and out, while truthfully addressing any issues and concerns. No lowballing or BS-ing to get you to pay for unneeded services, would even place tremendous trust in you if you needed more time to figure stuff out like homeowners insurance (they repaired my AC without charging me while trusting me to hold up my end of the deal.)This amazing trust-based business practice isn't something you'd see every day.
